JETFIRE STAGE 1 (61/64): 450-550 HP with supporting mods

      • Redesigned Jetfire 61mm single plane point milled billet wheel with extended tip technology
      • Redesigned Jetfire 64mm 10 blade quick spool turbine wheel 

The KC Jetfire Stage 1 61mm turbo works great on stock injectors, it is specifically designed for guys looking to push stock injectors to the max without the extra lag of bigger turbos. This turbo is meant for the guys who tow heavy, want quick spool, more power, but don't want the extra lag associated with other larger stage 1.5/pmax/S2 turbos. The only downside is that it is only meant for moderate injectors (stock and 155cc injectors). It will still run great on 175s but you won't be able to clean up the top end on a heavy race tune.

JETFIRE STAGE 2 (64/66): 515-615 HP with supporting mods

      • Redesigned Jetfire 64mm single plane point milled billet compressor wheel with extended tip technology
      • Redesigned Jetfire 66mm 9 or 10 blade quick spool turbine wheel
      • Upgraded .70AR race compressor cover with drilled hole surge ring for maximum air flow

This KC Jetfire turbo works great on stock injectors, but to fully take advantage of all the extra air flow you can run up to 175/30 or 190/30 injector. This is a great turbo for those looking to push the limits of their truck. This turbo is made for those who are looking for more top end power but still want to have the ability to tow max weight. This turbo will tow max weight with ease as long as you watch your temps and keep your rpms up. This turbo has a very loud whistle.

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

  • We recommend 50-State legal SCT Tuning along with your Jetfire Turbocharger
  • Polished and Powdercoated covers require 2-3 week production lead time
  • These turbos are based off of the 2004-2007 turbo mounting style, to run this on a 2003 pedestal we will have to cut off the 3rd mounting bracket on the back of the turbo
  • EXHAUST BRAKES: We get asked a lot about exhaust brakes and if they work with our turbos. We have found that some brands have clearance issues and might cause the brake to hinder performance, rub the turbine wheel, or cause other issues. These brakes typically use some sort of flapper to close which causes extreme exhaust back pressure to aide in braking. This can be hard on a turbo and motor and is not recommended. It will be up to the customer to verify fitment and functionality.
