RETURN POLICY: Most unopened and uninstalled products can be submitted for return acceptance within 30 days of delivery. 15%-25% Restocking Fees apply to all products, depending on the condition of the returned item. To return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Orders cannot be returned without an RMA number provided by TURBOS.COM team members.
CORE RETURN POLICY: When purchasing a turbocharger with a Refundable Core Deposit, customers are required to submit their turbocharger core for grading within 30 days of delivery. Cores will be graded at TURBOS.COM within 15 business days. If the turbocharger core is returned complete with all required components (including electronic wastegate/VGT actuators) and not damaged beyond repair, the core can be graded. Graded Cores can receive up to 100% of the refundable Core Deposit back via refund to the original payment method. TURBOS.COM will contact the customer with any core return issues or to notify customers of missing components. In the case of damaged cores or missing components, TURBOS.COM reserves the right to refuse a turbocharger core submittal or offer a partial amount to satisfy the Refundable Core Deposit.
